Queen Pageant and 5K
Miss Clinton County Fair
Young ladies ages 16-21 may compete in the Miss Clinton County Fair Pageant. Contestants must be residents of Clinton County. The pageant will be held July 22, 2023 at 1:00 pm. We have a limit of 10 contestants. General rules and requirements are available in the application packet.
The new Queen will represent her fair and community throughout the year of her reign. She will also compete at the Miss Illinois County Fair Pageant in January of 2024. The Queen will receive an educational scholarship along with many other prizes.
Little Miss Clinton County
Little Miss candidates must be 4-6 years old from Clinton County. We will accept the first 18 participants with completed application and entry fee. The entry fee is $60. With program promoting self-confidence, instead of a winner being selected, all of the little girls will receive a rhinestone tiara, pageant t-shirt and an amazing princess goodie bag. Applications will be accepted Spring 2023. With this being a limited program, we do insist that it is a onetime experience. Detailed information is outlined in the application packet.

Who’s the Fairest 5K
Again this year we are continuing to promote community service and fitness into our pageant program. The Clinton County Fair Pageant program, for the most part, is self-sustaining and we would like this program to continue for many years. In order to do that we host a fund raiser to kick off the 2023 Clinton County Fair. The Who’s the Fairest 5K Run/Walk will be held on July 15, 2023 beginning at the front gate of the Clinton County Fairgrounds.
